I recently completed the effective supervision course offered by aptitude management. I have to say that it was an outstanding experience. The course was well-designed, with a good balance of theoretical concepts and practical applications.

We had spent two days participating in Aptitude management's advanced leadership skills course. Having participated in many other management training courses in the past. I have to say this was by far the most succinct and detailed course that allows real world practical application from the outset. Our course facilitator Reem Barrows was exceptional in her delivery, knowledge and practical application of the subject matter presented.
