What is Hybrid Learning?
Essentially the Hybrid model is a delivery mode that combines a face-to-face workshop with an online component operating at the same time.
While an Aptitude Management trainer is presenting content to an in-person audience, a camera is live streaming the course to offsite participants who have chosen to train online.
This Hybrid delivery mode is fully interactive for both face-to-face and online attendees.
Benefits of Mixed Delivery
As a part of the experiential learning methodology built into our training, we encourage participants to attend workshops in-person.
However, when face-to-face attendance is not possible Hybrid Learning is a powerful alternative.
Accessibility: Logistically, it may not be possible to travel to a workshop location, in these circumstances, participants can attend online.
Flexibility: In many cases in-person attendees simply need the flexibility of online training due to unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from attending the full face-to-face program.
Teams: Due to inaccessibility, team members who work in various or remote locations can still attend training at the same time.

How to Enrol into Hybrid?
During the enquiry stage of an Aptitude Management workshop, a company representative will confirm that Hybrid Learning is available for your chosen date. Choose to attend face-to-face, online, or both.
