Course Overview
This two-day team building workshop designed by Aptitude Management is for managers who recognise the importance of developing their leadership skills for the purpose of enriching team member talent.
Please note: This course also includes DISC® Profiling which assesses individuals on four behaviour styles that include either dominance, influence, steadiness or conscientiousness. This predicts how the individual is most likely to act/react to certain situations.
The workshop also explores how managers can use AI to support team planning, collaboration and problem solving, while recognising that trust, relationships and effective teamwork remain fundamentally human.
